Create a sand painting using elements from nature. First, create an outer border of sticks or stones. This is the sacred space, the dream catcher for your sand painting. Do the sand painting with a pure heart and mind. First, create a painting of the company or yourself as you are today. What are the loves, passions, limitations? Add three small stones to represent the shadow elements of the company and its behavior. Let the sand painting sit overnight. In the morning, remove and bury the three stones that have collected the shadow energy of the company. Then rearrange the sand painting to reflect the new vision of the company. Let this set overnight. Then bring the combustible elements of the sand painting to a fire ceremony. Return everything else to nature, otherwise the sand painting will lock up the energies rather than freeing them for creation.
